The quality of ton bags meets the technical requirements, both physical and chemical properties. The following describes the physical performance test method of ton bag.

1. Fall. The loading content is the specified load, the height of 0.8m is free to fall, there is no damage, and the contents are free from leakage.

2. Top lifting. Lift with 6 times of load and keep it for 5min, and the bag body shall be free from breakage, the sling shall be free from fracture, and the contents shall be free from leakage.

3. Positive position. The loading content specifies that the ground stone shall be placed at the rear of the load, and one or two shall be lifted to the upright position at the speed of 0.1m/s and leave the ground stone. The bag body and sling are not damaged.

4. Stacking. The load is 3600kg and the time is 24h. There is no leakage of the contents, and there is no deformation of the bag body that endangers the safety of transportation.

5. Tear. 100mm cut, twice the load, lift away from the ground stone for 5min, and the propagation length of the cut shall not be greater than 25%.

6. Dump. The loading content is the specified load, the falling stone is dumped at a height of 0.8m, and the seam of the bag base cloth is not damaged.
